I had HPEnergy to decommission my gas heater and upgrade my split level heating/cooling. John from HP oversee the project. He had an electrician, plumber and 3 other technicians to complete the project within 5hrs. All the boxes were removed and they didn't leave till I was happy that the units were working properly. I highly recommend you use HP Energy's services. We recently installed three reverse cycle air conditioners (Midea) in our house to replace the old ducted gas heating system. From the process of obtaining a quote, the delivery of materials and the installation from start to finish was efficient and quick. Pros: Very competitive pricing. Excellent recommendations. Ability to provide all required services. Amazingly strong work ethic shown by the tradies. Installation time was very short thanks in part to numerous tradies on site. Meaning, the jobs are completed quickly so you can get back to normality in no time. Product quality is top shelf. MOST IMPORTANTLY, management responds to questions and requests immediately.Cons: Blank!Wanting to go fully electric, we asked HP for advice and pricing on: Heat pump to replace instant-on gas heater. Reverse cycle ducted heating/AC to replace an old Evaporative cooler (the crew removed the old roof-mounted cooler, shut off the water supply, removed all ducting and repaired the roof) and old gas ducted heating. A new 3-phase AC/Heater was installed under the house to provide in-floor cooling for the main level, with in-roof for downstairs, and it works a treat. This said, even though we went for what is arguably the largest capacity unit currently available, with the size of the house and its orientation, the system really needs to work hard to keep the home cool. Which it does. Not sure about the heating yet thanks to Melbourne current high temperatures.Second phase of the project was to fit 40 x string solar panels delivering more than 15kW, along with a 6-piece battery for overnight fill. The workmanship was truly awesome.Recommended: You bet.P.S. I read most of the 1 star reviews for this company which had me a little concerned, however the reality is that one has only to realise that almost all of the bad reviews are either unsolicited (opposition companies - who knows?), or people with either a short fuse and little upstairs. All I can say is that my experience with HP has been nothing short of excellent.

Bruce and his team were exceptionally good and efficient at installing our solar panels! They were friendly, polite and walked us through the whole system of operation! I would highly recommend this particular team as they knew exactly what they were doing!

This is my third time using HP Energy, this time for a battery installation. The installation team was highly professional and detail-oriented. They even patched up all the holes on the wall after removing the old inverter, which I really appreciated. With the Victorian government’s current battery rebates, now is definitely the best time to install one. I’m already saving more on my electricity bills. I will definitely choose HP Energy again!
